Brian CaysHistory

David Cummins & Associates is an outgrowth of Cummins Land Surveying which began in 1984. In that year, David Cummins took over the records and remaining work of Elmer E. Dunn, Jr. - Land Surveying. The firm has grown from a two-man crew to the current one to two field crews with the normal office staff, and two Registered Land Surveyors.

David Cummins & Associates offers great versatility in the surveying field. The experience of the surveyors has been in intricate boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction surveys, small lot surveys, large section breakdowns for the U. S. Forest Service, power line surveys for the Bonneville Power Administration, and many more - in fact, the firm has completed over 5,000 surveys, making it the most experienced and locally knowledgeable firms on the North Olympic Peninsula!
